1. Nature of the Scheme

Hope Fund Amroha is strictly a social service and mutual cooperation scheme launched and managed by the Hope Foundation, a registered society in Amroha. Participation is entirely voluntary based on community appeals and moral solidarity.

2. No Financial Guarantees or Legal Rights

Neither the Scheme nor the Hope Foundation pays any money to members or their nominees from their own pocket. All financial assistance is sent voluntarily and directly by fellow members. Receiving contributions does not constitute a legal right or contractual obligation, and failure to receive contributions cannot be challenged in a court of law.

3. Membership Fees and Fund Utilization

The annual membership fee is deposited directly into the bank account of the Hope Foundation and is exclusively utilized to manage and cover operational expenses.

4. Eligibility and Compliance

Eligibility is strictly subject to adherence to all rules, age limits, timely fee payments, and completion of the mandatory lock-in period.

5. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

The Scheme Admin assumes no liability for inaccuracies in information provided by applicants. Legal proceedings shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
